Tell me your thoughts on yes and a snippet of 10:30
Years ago I started a band called Elmo Marconi. This was the first band I could write whatever I wanted. We don't play often, but whenever we do we usually play shows like these. It was a little surreal though. I still can't believe that most of these people like what we play. We try to write songs that make people want to dance, get emotional, and be happy. I, for one, feel a special relationship with these songs. Maybe these people feel the same way. Well.. whoever you are thank you for everything. Video's recorded by Bladimir Munoz

I've known this girl for quite sometime. She's lived here in the bay for awhile now (formerly a Fresno, Ca resident) to pursue school as a photographer at AAU. For a brief period she's dealt with some complications with life. Now that many things have cleared up she's now working part time at a coffee shop, taking four classes at AAU, and living independently near the Tenderloin. Megan is back in action.
This was shot at her apartment. Supposed to be an assignment for class that's due this coming Wednesday, but I felt that they had the potential for posting on my blog. Thanks Megan for helping me out with this shoot.

Street Modelin'
Thursday, September 8, 2011
The weather has been lightening up and it's been pretty awesome. Like usual these shots have been taken while heading to class, in between classes, or on my way home. I've liked the results so far and the fashion is changing a bit more. Probably because the students are making this city look good. After all.. downtown San Francisco is our campus.

Quick shots back in Fresno
Wednesday, September 7, 2011
The past weekend was the first time I visited Fresno with my partner missing. The city seemed a little different during my stay there. It was tough looking at all the boxes stacked up in the apartment. It was worse spending the night in a bed that was once shared with your partner for weekend visits. Yes.. my partner just recently moved to Connecticut for a job that was offered with great benefits and pay. My role for those few days was to make sure everything was packed and ready to go. In between the work I took some pictures to sort of keep me occupied of what I was dealing with.
I could say that I'm sad, but soon enough I'll be there with her. Other than that, capturing the weekend was different. Maybe the light has changed or maybe my perspective has changed towards this town. Who knows.. but I know that I'll be feeling different every time I visit.

Street Walkin' - Sit Downs....
Saturday, September 3, 2011
It's been awhile since I've done a Street Walkin' post. Like usual most of these images hide in the binder (film) or the external hard drive. I'm not sure when it will see the light of day, but when I'm ready I'll definitely post it. These images are just a sample of what I shoot around the city. The season is starting to change along with the quality of light and the people. The last time I experienced good quality of light was when I documented the month of May.
